How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 6-12 months ahead for destination weddings so we can secure your preferred venue and dates, though we do accommodate shorter timelines when possible.
Do you plan weddings outside Uttarakhand?
Our home turf is Uttarakhand - Nainital, Haldwani, Jim Corbett and Bheemtal - but we're happy to discuss other destinations on request.
What does a full planning package include?
Venue selection, decor and design, catering, vendor coordination, on-ground execution and a dedicated planner for your entire event timeline.
Can you accommodate custom menus and themes?
Yes. Every menu and decor theme is tailored to your taste, guest list and cultural traditions, including Jain, satvik, regional and international cuisines.
How many guests can your venues hold?
Our partner properties range from intimate spaces for 50 guests to lawns and banquet halls that seat 500 or more. We match the venue to your final headcount rather than the other way round.
Do you arrange stay and transfers for guests?
Yes. We block rooms, prepare allotment charts, send welcome kits and organise transfers from Kathgodam railway station and Pantnagar airport.
What about permissions, sound limits and local rules?
Venue permissions, sound cut off timings, fireworks rules and local body approvals are handled by our team as part of planning. We flag any restriction before you confirm a date.
How do we book you, and what is the advance?
Once you approve the proposal, a booking advance confirms your dates and our crew. The balance is staged across vendor confirmation and the event week, with everything recorded in a written agreement.
